Premium Lounge Service is not a fast-track service. If Passport is required urgently, please walk into any regular centre and avail Tatkal service. It is recommended to book an appointment before visiting the center, as walk-ins are accepted as per the center capacity.

Passport Tatkal Service is a fast-track service offered by the Government of India for issue/renewal of passport to Indian Citizens. Passport under Tatkal Scheme is issued very next day of submission of application and police verification is done later.

The Tatkal Service is provided at an additional fee of AED 570/-. Passport under Tatkal Scheme can be submitted as walk-in at any of regular centre of BLS. No prior appointment is required to submit passport application under Tatkal Scheme.

It may be noted that Premium Lounge Service is not a fast-track service by Government of India. The application submitted through the premium lounge will be processed as per the standard timelines and will be subject to police verification, wherever applicable.

In case any applicant has urgency, he/she may avail Tatkal Service as under Tatkal scheme, issuance of passport within one day is assured.
