1. Call Center Executive

Job Responsibilities

1. Answering inbound calls of applicants.

2. Call resolution by giving correct and timely information.

3. Communication with the customer in a polite and helpful manner over the phone.

4. Constantly updating self on the product and process knowledge.

5. Promoting Value Added Services/upselling of value added services.

6. Achieving monthly targets by upselling of services.

Skills Required

· Answering queries

· Promotion of Value Added Services.

· Communicating with the customers in a polite and helpful manner.

· Constantly updating self on the updates set by CGI/EOI

· Form Filling of the applications as per the requirement.

· Accepts service charge, courier charge and passport/visa fee in cash.

· Tallying and accounting of day end cash.

· Flexibility in timing/work location is required.

Educational Qualification

- Graduation is a must in any Discipline.

3. Asst. Manager - HR

Job Responsibilities

· Assist HR Manager in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

· Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.

· Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

· Nurture a positive working environment

· Assist in the recruitment and selection process

· Assist HR Manager in performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

· Assist in all Admin and PRO works.

· Ensure legal compliance

Skills/Experience Requirements

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Working Knowledge in HR and Admin Activities.

· Experience of minimum 2 years in the same field in UAE.

· Experience and working knowledge in all legal process and updates in UAE.

· Minimum 2 years' experience in labor, immigration and Economic Department process in UAE.

· Knowledge in Microsoft Office.

Educational Qualification

- Graduation is a must in any Discipline, additional qualification with specialization in Human Resource will be an added advantage.
