The Short Messaging Service (SMS) provided to Passport & Visa Applicants is to update on current status to the applicant with regards to Passport & Visa Application Process. The information provided by SMS is based on the information provided by the Embassy of India, AbuDhabi & the Consulate General of India in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. While BLS International Services ensures that information is made available to the Passport / Visa applicant promptly and accurately, the Passport / Visa Applicant shall at all times be responsible for providing and maintaining an SMS text compatible mobile phone and compatible network where BLS International Services can send text messages regarding the status of the Application to the Applicant. The Applicant is responsible for ensuring connection to a mobile network capable of receiving the SMS Services. The Applicant understands that if the applicant mobile phone is switched off, disconnected for any reason or is out of coverage area for a period of 24 hours or more, the applicant's mobile network provider may delete any SMS messages to be received by the applicant.
The time to deliver the SMS is dependent on several factors such as traffic feasibility on the mobile network and whether the applicant's mobile phone is within reach and switched on; and cannot therefore be guaranteed by BLS International Services. BLS International Services is not a mobile network operator and does not guarantee the delivery of SMS text messages.
The applicant confirms that the applicant has provided the accurate mobile number for receiving SMS and that the applicant is the owner or its legitimate user, or that the applicant has the consent of the owner or legitimate user, of the mobile phone using for the services. The applicant acknowledges that using another person's mobile phone/providing inaccurate mobile phone number/unauthorized use of mobile phone number for receiving the SMS may entail disclosure of Applicant's confidential information which disclosure shall be at the sole risk of the applicant
The service will be available to the applicant from the time of application till complete processing of the application or such other period as BLS International Services may advise via our website located at www.blsindiavisa-uae.com. BLS International Services reserves the right to withdraw this service at any time and without notice.
For operational reasons BLS International Services may vary the technical specification of the services with or without notice. In the event of any change to the service these Terms and Conditions are to be treated as varied accordingly.
The applicant acknowledges that the SMS Services may, at any time, be adversely affected by problems with the applicant mobile phone network, Force Majeure events including, without limitation, interference to the network coverage. BLS International Services is not responsible or liable to the applicant for any loss, damage or expenses incurred directly or indirectly by the applicant as a result of any difficulties experienced by the applicant's mobile phone service provider. Subject to the constraints described within this paragraph BLS International Services shall carry out the services with reasonable care and skill
If the applicant does not receive SMS relating to these services. the applicant should inform BLS International Services through Email or Helpline numbers.
The SMS service delivers the Application Status based on the information received by BLS International Services from the Embassy of India and Consulate General of India, UAE.
While BLS International Services takes every precaution during transmission of information to transmit the required information. BLS International Services shall not be responsible or liable for any unforeseen events and circumstances beyond the reasonable control of BLS International Services.
BLS International Services may in its sole discretion temporarily suspend the provision of the services if such provision could materially affect the quality of any telecommunications service, including the services, provided by BLS International Services.
BLS International Services specifically excludes all liability of any kind (including negligence) in respect of any third party information or other material made available on, or which can be accessed using SMS text services.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of UAE and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.
DISCLAIMER FOR ATTESTATION SERVICES
BLS International Services receives applications from Applicants for Attestation of the documents and applicable fees for further processing. BLS International Services do hereby declare that they have no role whatsoever in the assessment of the Attested Documents, which is the sole prerogative of the concerned authorities.
Therefore, BLS International Services will not in any manner be liable or responsible for any contents of Attested Documents, once the documents have been delivered to the Applicants.
BLS International Services will take every precaution in handling original documents submitted by applicants. Due to unforeseen events and circumstances of Force Majeure, Force Majeure means any event or occurrence which is outside control of the Party concerned and which is not attributable to any act or failure to take preventive action by the Party concerned, but shall not include any industrial action occurring within BLS International Services or any sub-contractor of BLS International Services.
Where the applicant avails of the Courier Acceptance Service or Courier Return Service, the applicant confirms and is aware that the courier acceptance and delivery services have been operated by the third party and BLS International Services do not assure any responsibility or liability for any deficiency in service on part of the Courier Company in case a passport or other documents are lost or damaged in transit.
BLS International Services shall not be responsible or liable for any consequential loss or damage that may be caused to the applicant due to loss of documents. It is expressly understood that when the applicant or representative of the applicant submits the original documents along with the applicable attestation fees, the applicant has understood the terms and conditions and details as mentioned herein. The fees once paid by the applicant is not refundable under any circumstances.
No employee of BLS International Services has any right or authority to change, amend, and amplify the contents mentioned herein.
"By utilizing the services of BLS International Services for processing of Attestation of Documents, the applicant irrevocably authorizes and permits BLS International Services as it deems fit to disclose and furnish, both inside and outside the UAE, information concerning the application which the applicant has provided to BLS International Services for purposes of processing the Attestation of Documents of the applicant (the "Information") to BLS International Services' headquarters, subsidiaries, affiliates, associates, branches, service providers, assignees, agents, insurers, third party contractors or any other persons in order to enable BLS International Services to process the application of the applicant.
The applicant authorizes the disclosure of information without the need for prior consent or approval or notification in any manner whatsoever."
